We have been watching southwest Florida carefully as we think that area has the most amenities aside from Miami and lowest entry level home prices. With home sales spiking and prices stagnating, we have been looking for a while the right time to buy. Today is the day.

We have beautiful duplexes built from 2004 to 2008 for under $80,000 where the original purchase price on these was just under or just over $300,000, over a 60% discount.
