030218_1854_5247_xsmsWe are in the process of putting together a video feed of New Jersey Real Estate Guys 2009 New Jersey real estate projections.  In the meantime, I thought these guys in the video below did a great job in evaluating the market for the end of 2008.  The part that stuck in my mind was what I think all along of the media.  They stated that the media is always behind on the smart money trends.  Check it out.  Interesting read about real estate.
