The 3 bedrooms are far less impressive than the 2 bedrooms, but that's just my opinion. I liked the floorplan better on the 2. Can't beat the city views and panoramic feel. IMO, it's better than a NY condo as you get a better view FROM NJ into NY anyway. This building is the new landmark of Hoboken however it will be difficult to comp out.
