I wold advise ou not to even bother buying i Zephyr Lofts…There are alot of problems in the builing that has to be fixed…They say beautiful things but hide the real stuff…Plus maintenance is very high and thehelp in there is suck.
Wow.. I was not aware of many unhappy tenants/homeowners in the Lofts. I have always had good experiences in showings and meeting the doormen, but can honeslty say I have never lived there. The location is what attracts most people as it is walking distance to Newport and the PATH. Thank you for sharing your feedback on Zephyr Lofts.
