NJ Lofts | Living in Style and what is for sale

New-Jersey-Lofts-for-saleLoft apartments are units/condos that are generally built from former industrial buildings. When industrial developments are developed into condominiums instead of apartments, they may be called loft condominiums. The general term warehouse-to-loft conversions may sometimes be used for development of industrial buildings into apartments and condominiums.

Loft units vary.  You can get an “artist loft”, a “two-story loft”, among other types.  The nice thing about lofts especially in NJ is that typically they are converted buildings from older factories.  Some appealing features of lofts are higher ceilings, exposed overhead utility lines, and a “bigger then it seems” appearance.

Lofts are becoming a popular choice and due to the low quantity available in the NNJ housing market, we feel that purchasing a loft now has great upside value.  As more suburbanites transition to urban living, most will accept a downsize, but with as much space as possible.  Loft features give great size appeal.

Lofts are popular in Hoboken and Jersey City, but now becoming popular in areas such as Bayonne, West New York and some suburban markets in Bergen and Essex County.
