I visited the W last month. The 3 bedrooms are far less impressive than the 2 bedrooms, but that’s just my opinion. I liked the floorplan better on the 2. Can’t beat the city views and panoramic feel. IMO, it’s better than a NY condo as you get a better view FROM NJ into NY anyway. This building is the new landmark of Hoboken however it will be difficult to comp out. There are no similar buildings in the area.
